I'm a freelance developer in Portugal. I build systems for businesses that still run on paper, Excel and WhatsApp messages.
What I do
Websites, yes, but mostly what sits behind them: orders, bookings, stock, clients, teams and the panel where the owner sees all of it. I work with restaurants, workshops, construction, retail and services.
How I start
First I learn how the business runs today. Where time is lost, where money leaks, what nobody wants to do by hand again. Only then do I talk about software.
How I deliver
In stages, one screen at a time, checked on desktop and phone, shown to you before moving on. I'd rather deliver less and get it right than promise a lot and run late.
What stays yours
Code, database and accounts stay in your name. If you ever want a different developer, you take everything with you. No hidden dependencies.
