The whole firm, one code

Three systems, one construction firm. The quote says what the job should cost, the day sheet says what it is costing, and site management is what happens in between. Open it with a code and watch the three move each other.

One number, many consequences

Not three demos side by side. A measurement made in the quote sets a phase's weight, the weight sets the job's percentage, and the hours booked on site decide whether the margin the quote promised still exists. No number is typed twice.

The foreman books eight hours on demolition. The phase's real cost goes up, the earned budget does not move, and the dashboard turns from green to red without anyone opening a spreadsheet.

Open the firm

Two jobs running, five quotes on the table

The firm starts mid-week, like a real one: a flat refurbishment with demolition finished, a roof just starting, quotes still undecided, a task stuck waiting for a skip, and a phase that has already overrun.

  • Quotes

Five, across all four states. Measure, move the margin, send.

  • Site management

Two jobs, twenty tasks, and the client portal.

  • Day sheets

Eight submitted, with hours, materials and plant.

What happens

  1. 1The firm starts with two jobs running and five quotes, some won, one lost, one undecided.
  2. 2Change anything in any module, or press Advance the job and watch the next step land in all three.
  3. 3Open the same code on another phone: the dashboard on one, the day sheet on another, the client portal on a third.
