Bikes in the city, vans on the outskirts
Forty cargo bikes cover central Lisbon and Porto without traffic or parking. Twenty-two vans cover the metro areas and the link between the two cities.
Tracking
The customer watches the courier arrive
Every delivery generates a text link with the map, the ETA and the name of who is delivering. Signature and photo at the door stay in your dashboard for a year.
Micro-warehouse
Stock 20 minutes from any customer
Two hundred square metres in Alvalade and Campanhã for anyone who wants to deliver within the hour without a shop downtown.
Questions
Before the first pickup
No. Create an account, request a pickup and pay per delivery. The monthly contract only pays off from 20 deliveries.
The courier calls, waits 5 minutes and tries a second time the same day at no cost. On the third, we return to origin for €3.
€100 per delivery included. Extra cover up to €2,000 at 1% of the declared value.
Saturday 9:00 to 18:00 in Lisbon and Porto. Sunday only for clinics and contracts.
