Who cooks and who delivers
The kitchen
One kitchen, two cooks, Monday morning
We cook in a licensed kitchen in Aveiro's industrial zone, 5:00 to 9:00. Vegetables arrive on Sunday from the Esgueira market. Nothing is frozen.
The delivery
By bike, at coffee time
Two cargo bikes cover Aveiro; the van does Ílhavo and Gafanha. You get a text when it leaves and another when it is at the door.

Sunday at 22:00 to receive on Monday. After that it goes into the following week.
Five days in the fridge. The date is on the lid. Freeze whatever you won't eat by Thursday.
You can, at unit price. The five-box pack at €39 is the one that pays off.
The whole menu is vegetarian and half is vegan. Allergens are on every box, on the site and on the lid.
Glass jars. Return them on the next delivery and we take €1 off each.
